Service scope

Services are provided according to agreed scope, property location, supplier availability and client instructions. We may decline work that is unsafe, unlawful or outside our operational capability.

Payments and fees

Fees are quoted or confirmed before work begins where possible. Third-party supplier costs, emergency call-outs and additional tasks may be charged separately when agreed.

Refunds and cancellations

Refunds depend on whether work has started, third-party costs have been incurred, or appointments have already been booked.
